Instructions
- 1. Sear the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil if needed. Cook the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 2. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in soy sauce and honey; let simmer until slightly thickened.
- 3. Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, cover, and simmer until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
