Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 4 garlic cloves, grated or minced
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 pounds bone-in chicken pieces
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced jalapeños, grated garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in a large ziptop bag or baking dish. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (or up to overnight).
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and oil the grate to prevent sticking.
- Grill the marinated chicken for approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
