Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking sake (or rice apple vinegar)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon mirin
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken wings with marinade ingredients for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Bake wings for 10 minutes, brush with half the glaze, then bake for another 10 minutes.
- Apply remaining glaze and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until browned.
