  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, olive oil, red apple vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably up to 4 hours).
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and place in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon crumbled feta evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and feta is golden.
