Instructions

  3. Slowly pour the hot sugar mixture into the whipped egg whites while mixing on medium speed.
  4. Increase the speed to medium-high and whip for an additional 7-8 minutes until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Allow to cool completely before using or storing in an airtight container.
