Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 habanero chile
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1.5 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken.
- Blend all marinade ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Coat the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the grill and oil the surface.
- Grill the chicken for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
