Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, steamed and rough chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Crispy turkey bacon garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Steam the cauliflower until fork-tender, then rough chop and set aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add cheddar cheese until melted, then stir in the steamed cauliflower until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optionally, broil for a few minutes for extra crispiness before serving with turkey bacon on top.
