  • 1 large head of cauliflower, steamed and rough chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Crispy turkey bacon garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Steam the cauliflower until fork-tender, then rough chop and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add cheddar cheese until melted, then stir in the steamed cauliflower until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
