  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon dried chives
  • ¾ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, season chicken with garlic and herbs.
  4. Sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through (6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic for the last 30 seconds.
  5. Combine blanched broccoli and sautéed chicken in a greased casserole dish.
  6. In the same skillet, whisk heavy cream over medium heat until warmed; add cheeses and stir until melted.
  7. Pour cheese mixture over the chicken and broccoli, mix gently to combine.
  8. Top with remaining cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
