- 1 egg
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 6 strips turkey bacon
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded chicken breast
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave until melted, stirring every 15 seconds.
- Stir in the egg and almond flour until a sticky dough forms.
- Press the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a rectangle (9×13 inches).
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly browned; let cool for 5 minutes.
- Lower oven temperature to 350°F. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crisp; drain excess fat.
- Spread ranch dressing on the crust, top with shredded chicken and crumbled bacon, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for another 8 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
