Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 low carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, diced tomatoes, water, and seasonings; bring to a boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Spread half of the sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Roll each hot dog in a tortilla and place seam-side down on top of the sauce.
- Pour remaining sauce over hot dogs and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
