Scale
  • 1 lb Flat Iron steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 lb Broccoli (small florets)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)

  2. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes; drain well.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 1-3 minutes). Remove from pan.
  4. Stir-fry the blanched broccoli in the same skillet until crisp-tender (about 3 minutes), then add the reserved marinade and cook for an additional two minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the pan, mix with broccoli, and add fish sauce and toasted sesame oil before serving hot.
