Ingredients
- 1 lb Flat Iron steak (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 lb Broccoli (small florets)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced beef in coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic for at least 1 hour.
- Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes; drain well.
- Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 1-3 minutes). Remove from pan.
- Stir-fry the blanched broccoli in the same skillet until crisp-tender (about 3 minutes), then add the reserved marinade and cook for an additional two minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan, mix with broccoli, and add fish sauce and toasted sesame oil before serving hot.
