- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 14 ounces pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup Italian cheese blend
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a frying pan over high heat, sear meatballs shaped from the mixture until browned on each side.
- Remove meatballs; prepare the sauce by combining tomato paste and pizza sauce in the pan.
- Return meatballs to the pan, cover with cheese, and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
