- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchini into fry-shaped pieces.
- In one bowl, beat the eggs; in another bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
- Coat each zucchini fry in egg wash then dredge in the breading mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated fries in your air fryer basket or on a baking sheet without crowding.
- Cook in the air fryer for 7-10 minutes or bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
