- 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant rapid rise yeast
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, combine gluten-free flour, yeast, psyllium husk (if using), baking powder, and salt on low speed.
- Add warm water, eggs, honey, and oil; mix on low until combined.
- Beat on medium speed for about 5 minutes until stiff but sticky.
- Pour dough into a greased 9X4 baking pan; smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover with greased plastic wrap; let it rise in a warm spot until it reaches two-thirds up the pan (about 30 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap and bake for 40-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 205°F.
- Allow cooling in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a rack; cool completely before slicing.
