Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 12 slices Turkey Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese (cubed)
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup clover honey
- 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, half of the Turkey Bacon, cheese cubes, and red onion.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss gently to coat. Top with remaining Turkey Bacon.
- Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
