Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs ground chicken
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp tamari soy sauce
- 1/2 lime
- 1 red onion
- Cabbage leaves (for steaming)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, peanut butter, cilantro, tamari soy sauce, lime juice, and chopped red onion. Mix well.
- If making your own wrappers, roll out thin circles using a rolling pin. Alternatively, use store-bought wrappers.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto each wrapper. Fold over and pinch edges to seal securely.
- Steam the dumplings on cabbage leaves for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
