Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 large bell peppers (green/red), diced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onions and bell peppers in olive oil until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Mix in Worcestershire sauce and reduce heat to low; stir in softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and layer sliced provolone on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
