Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing barbecue sauce, orange zest, grated ginger, reserved pineapple juice, and optional brown sugar. Reserve half for serving.
- Preheat the grill to 350° – 400°F and oil the grate using oiled paper towels held with tongs.
- Grill chicken breasts while basting with half the sauce until juices run clear—about 8 to 10 minutes per side.
- Grill pineapple slices until lightly charred.
- Serve chicken with grilled pineapple and remaining sauce.
