Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 (10-oz) bag mini vegan marshmallows
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 12 Oreos (crushed), divided
- 24 whole Oreos
- 1 tsp coconut oil (divided)
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare a 9”-x-13” pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it with cooking spray.
- Melt separately the semisweet and white chocolate with coconut oil in microwave-safe bowls until smooth.
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the unsalted butter and mini vegan marshmallows together until fully melted.
- Stir in Rice Krispies and half of the crushed Oreos until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan, layer with whole Oreos, then spread remaining mixture on top.
- Drizzle melted chocolates over everything and sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos.
- Let cool for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
