Ingredients
- 4 small–medium chicken breasts (or 2 large, halved)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Combine panko and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add cream and seasonings. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth; add spinach if desired.
- Serve chicken drizzled with creamy garlic sauce.
