Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- Arrange the peach slices in the dish and sprinkle with sugar.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Combine melted butter and vanilla; pour over dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spread batter over peaches evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
