Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup salted butter, softened
- 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, one teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
- In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, softened butter, and remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats.
- Spread the topping over the peach mixture evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
