  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)

  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter, softened
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, one teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, softened butter, and remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats.
  4. Spread the topping over the peach mixture evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
