  • 41/2 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal (regular)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (divided)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine both cereals and set aside.
  2. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, mix together peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted and smooth. Stir in salt and optional vanilla extract.
