- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place naan on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan.
- Layer shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion on top.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the naan is crispy and toppings are heated through.
- Remove from oven; drizzle with additional tzatziki sauce and garnish with parsley before serving.
