- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beat eggs mixed with Dijon mustard in another, and crushed pretzels in the third.
- Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with pretzels.
- Place coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- While baking, make the sauce by heating milk and Dijon in a saucepan, adding shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked chicken before serving.
