- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- Granulated sugar, as needed, for rolling
- Chocolate chips, for topping
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and combine it with cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
- Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until smooth, then cool the mixture on a greased baking sheet for about 2 hours or overnight.
- Roll chilled mixture into small balls using buttered hands and coat each truffle in granulated sugar.
- For decoration, create ridges on each truffle with a toothpick and top with chocolate chips resembling stems.
