- 2 cups flour

- 1/2 cup cold butter (cubed)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In an electric mixer bowl, beat butter and pumpkin puree until combined. Add sugar and mix well. Then incorporate eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in three additions, alternating with milk until smooth.
- For the crumb topping: combine cold butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg until small crumbs form.
- Layer half of the pumpkin batter in the prepared dish followed by half of the crumb topping. Repeat with remaining batter and topping.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
