- 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfingers
- ½ cup toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee mixture by brewing coffee and letting it cool. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, coconut cream, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the cooled coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish followed by the cream filling. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes. Refrigerate overnight for optimal flavor.
