Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Cut the ends off the zucchini and slice each in half lengthwise. Then cut into 1-inch pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes for even cooking.
- Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
