Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined.
- Add milk, rose water, egg, and melted butter to the dry mixture; mix until smooth.
- Heat a greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes; cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Stack pancakes on a plate and dust with powdered sugar before garnishing with dried rose petals.
- Serve warm with fresh strawberries or your favorite toppings.
