Ingredients
- 12 oz. Polish sausage
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 large red onion
- 4 T butter
- Dried thyme, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the sausages into 3/4 inch thick pieces.
- Prepare four double sheets of aluminum foil, spraying them with non-stick cooking spray.
- Divide the cabbage, carrots, and onions evenly on each sheet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add one tablespoon of butter atop each vegetable mix followed by the sausage slices.
- Seal each packet tightly and cook on the grill for 20-25 minutes or bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
