Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth, then add the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Scoop out cookie portions onto a baking sheet without flattening.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden; let cool before serving.
