Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken parts
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for lime butter)
- 1/2 cup melted butter (for lime butter)
- Juice of 1 lime (for lime butter)
Instructions
- Prepare the spice rub by combining chili powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the spice mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and place the seasoned chicken on it. Grill for about 30 minutes until fully cooked.
- For the lime butter, mix melted butter with cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle over the grilled chicken before serving.
