- 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 9 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in cooked chicken, spinach, artichokes, and parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F; then increase temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
