  • 2 cups fresh spinach (sautéed and chopped)
  • 8 oz low-moisture mozzarella (cut into cubes)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil (for searing)

Instructions
