  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the brownie mixture into the baking dish and bake for 18-23 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
  4. For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
  6. Crush vanilla cookies in a food processor, mix with strawberry syrup, then sprinkle on top of frosted brownies.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
