  • ½ cup Carbalose flour
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free orange marmalade
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions

  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.

  5. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through; drain on paper towels.
  6. Whisk together remaining ingredients to make the sauce and pour it into the skillet.
