- 1 box (15 oz) spice cake mix
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (12 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Layer the spice cake mix evenly at the bottom of your crockpot, then pour the pumpkin mixture on top without stirring.
- Cook on high for 1 hour, then switch to low and continue cooking for another hour.
- After two hours, mix the batter thoroughly and cover; cook on low for an additional 1 to 2 hours until set.
