- ½ pound turkey strips
- 3 medium shallots
- 16 ounces frozen peas
- 1 pear
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup parsley
Instructions
- Peel, slice, and dice the pear; mix with lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook turkey strips until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain excess fat.
- Add sliced shallots to the skillet and sauté until softened; stir in Dijon mustard.
- Incorporate peas and diced pears into the skillet, stirring for about 5 minutes until warmed through.
- Turn off heat; mix in half of the turkey strips along with chopped parsley and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, top with remaining turkey strips, and garnish with lemon zest.
