- 1 pound chicken breast (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 head broccoli (chopped)
- 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- Keto stir fry sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the keto stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce if using; set aside.
- Toss the chopped chicken with almond flour in another bowl.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir fry until mostly cooked; remove from pan.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the same pan, cooking until fragrant. Then add onion, broccoli, and bell pepper until tender.
- Return the chicken to the pan, pour in the prepared sauce, and let it bubble for several minutes until thickened. Serve hot.
