- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tsp steak seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 6 slices turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- 4 oz Swiss cheese, diced
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, steak seasoning, black pepper, and egg.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy; crumble into small pieces.
- Add crumbled bacon, diced pickles, and cheese to the beef mixture and gently mix.
- Form meatballs using a 1/4 cup measuring cup and tuck cheese cubes inside each one.
- Chill meatballs for 30-40 minutes on a baking sheet.
- Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat and brush meatballs with olive oil.
- Grill meatballs for about 15-20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
