- 1.5 cups Grachicken cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups Sugar (Coconut sugar optional)
- 0.5 cups Butter (Vegan butter optional)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Culinary Lavender
- 0.5 cups Fresh Lemon Juice
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese (Vegan cream cheese optional)
- 3 Eggs (Flax eggs optional)
- 0.5 cups Sour Cream (Vegan sour cream optional)
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Fresh Honeycomb (Crushed nuts optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice, lavender, eggs (or flax eggs), sour cream, and vanilla extract; mix until fully blended.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until set.
- Allow cooling before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with crushed honeycomb or nuts.
