- 6 cups vegan marshmallows
- 4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)
- ½ tsp salt
- Red food coloring
Instructions
- Set up a double boiler by filling a small pot with water and bringing it to a boil. Place a large heatproof bowl over the pot.
- Add the unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows into the bowl. Whisk continuously until melted and smooth, about 2-4 minutes.
- Carefully remove from heat and mix in salt and red food coloring until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Bubbles with the melted marshmallow mixture, ensuring even coating.
- Lightly oil your hands and shape small portions into oval brain shapes. Use a butter knife to create indents and a toothpick dipped in red coloring to draw veins.
