- 2 cups shredded zucchini

Instructions
- Shred the zucchini using a box grater or food processor. Squeeze out excess moisture with a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded zucchini, Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, vegetable oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a plate.
- For air frying: Arrange the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with cooking oil. Cook at 350°F for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
- For baking: Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
